Our pedagogical team has built a 4-year program where each beneficiary reaches the major steps of the program. At the end of this program and after numerous evaluations, our most capable residents begin our program towards independence "OUT OF THE WALL".

We have developed partnerships with several companies in Phnom Penh (social enterprises, restaurants, hotels etc...) where our beneficiaries start their professional integration in a conventional work environment. 

For two years, our team goes once a week to the workplace of our residents in order to carry out an evaluation and a review with the beneficiary in order to adjust if necessary the working conditions. 

During these two years, our beneficiaries are still taken care of by our organization and come back every night to our place of living
